    1st cycle, great results, can I increase?

    My first cycle and I'm pleased with results. I'm only taking 150test e and 150 deca per week. I started at 175lbs and am currently 187lbs. I don't want to get huge, just put on some mass. I realize that some of my gain may be water and fat(I'm eating 4000calories a day). A friend of mine is taking the same gear for his second cycle and is very dissapointed. He's almost doubling his intake! I've read over and over that your first cycle is your best. I really don't intend to use gear more than 2 cycles. Can I increase my weekly intake to 250/250 and maybe extend my overall cycle length from 10 weeks to maybe 16? This way I take advantage of my "first" cycle and maybe be done altogether? Your advice is greatly appreciated...

    anyone have any advice. I don't want to be disappointed on my second cycle and have to double it like my friend. I don't have enough for that...

    how long have you been working out? 17 lbs is pretty impressive at those doses but its possible if your diet is right do you have a pct in mind? how long has it been since your last cycle? only two cycles huh man ive heard that before lol good luck and dont rush into it

    Stay with what your doing, no need to bump it up at all.
    Im sure you have your PCT in hand ?

    I know...I know its not much. I had most people on this site telling me I would waste my time. My friend had great results on only 300mg of deca per week. So I thought I'd try a low dosage. It worked for me so far. I'm only on my fourth week and I look better than ever. This is my first cycle ever. I've been lifting for 15 years(on and off). I'm researching PCT right now. I'm definatley going with Novaldex. Not sure what else though. Maybe HCG if I can find it orally.

    I want to take full advantage of my first cycle. Did any of you have to increase your 2nd cycles to get the same results as your first?

    I've stayed a consistent 186-189 lbs over the last two weeks. Curious if increasing dosage will increase size within the cycle...

    do you plan to take any time off between cycles? i didnt increase mine but used test only first time added deca 2nd cycle i took off about 12 weeks which was the lenghth of my first cycle get your pct lined up. i gained about the same my second but my diet was better there are alot of variables there.

    Sorry to resurrect this one. I've been busy. I did increase to 200deca/200test e per week. I'm at around 192lbs. I'm going to lower my reps to 8 so I'll see what happens in the weight room.

    Did you guys gain equally on your second cycle ever? My friend who only took 300mg decca per week with good results on his first cycle ever and is now taking 400 deca/300 test e per week and is gaining very little. He can't figure it out. We split the same order so I know the gear is good. He's currently on his second cycle ever. I'm affraid I'll have the same issue...
