    General ? regarding diet...

    Currently I'm not taking any gear but I will be starting a new bulking cycle w/ gear soon. Right now my macros are as follows:

    3900-4100 calories/day
    375 protein grams/day
    390 carbs/day
    85 fat grams/day (30 sat, 50 unsat)

    My whole food consist of milk, oj, fruit, tuna, whole wheat bread, raw oats, eggs, veggies, brown rice, chicken/beef/pork/fish. Then of course I add my protein supplements, creatine, & glutamine. About 5-6 "meals" a day.

    I have a feeling I'm going to need more calories and I'm not sure what my macro ratios should be while on a bulking cycle with gear. All feedback is really appreciated!

    You should move this to the diet section since there is no question regarding aas here.

    As kaberle said, move this to the diet forum for more responses.

    It would help if you would list a sample day's diet
