Those of you that have run tren, what cardio did you do, if any. I know that tren can make it hard on your cardio routine, just wonder what you do.

I'm one tren E right now - 700mg week.
in the morning 20 minutes rowing followed by 10-20 minutes shadow boxing and/or dynamic stretching
in the evening - pre lifting - 10-20 minutes super slow stair climber or 10-20 minutes jumping rope - about 3 minutes on 1 minute break then repeat.
plus I play tennis once or twice a week, somtimes ice skate/hockey but no skating this cycle. Rink is to far away and my daily schedule doesn't bring me near it right now.
The tren doesn't effect your endurance?
ZERO.....I had to take a nap after putting on my socks or going upstairs....KILLED my endurance !!!!

It effects my endurance but I'm not sure if its from the tren itself or from the insomnia I get from tren.
i was able to cardio with no problem
i do my 8 mandortory poses and quarter turns in 4 minutes and i gasping for breathe and need to sit down for a rest.

i def found problems tho ephedrine seems 2 ease the shortness of breath in workouts.sorta put me off cardio as i dnt c how it would help till i stop the cycle
i did lighter but longer cardio when on tren. I used an eliptical. Got to love tren my fav ever.
