Is this clen real?

My source is local. Said it normally goes for 2.5X what I paid. he's a friend. was sitting around for a few months so he gave it to me for a benjamin.

If it's real, how much should I be taking?

I'm 36. 196 lbs. doing more cardio than lifting. jogging a few miles a day, and lifting 3 days/week.

yes 1/4 ml will give you 40mcg,but it should have a dropper with 1/4 increments inside the bottle
