Hairloss with test. Propecia/Duats & Nizoral question..

Starting a cycle now of test prop 100mg eod, and Eq 400mg/week. I have been on Dutas for a year now, and haven't done test in over two years. I switched from propecia to dutas, and feel the results are better. During the cycle, should I take an additional propecia tablet to ensure less hairloss during the cycle? or staying on .5mg of dutas like I have been is just fine?

I know that when I switched from Dutas to propecia I started to shed as it was a natural process of switching from one drug to another. Now I am worried that if I take an additional tablet of propecia, the same thing will happen, that I will start to shed. Has anyone expereinced this?
And because Test converts to dht on the scalp, should I was with Nizoral shampoo Everyday, or just EOD as I have been doing? Thanks in advance - str8cubano

read that link, it explains a lot on how it all works.
Remember Propecia blocks only TYPE 2 AR enzyme
DUTA blocks both TYPE 1 and TYPE 2

taking fina while on DUTA should not yield any added benefit, just a waste of money. You are better off upping the dose of DUTA

if u look at that chart.. the propecia does not even block the AR-5 enzyme in the scalp.. only DUTA does..

Propecia still works, because it decreases total count of 5-AR in circulation..
but like studies have showed.. propecia only blocks about 60% of DHT after a year of use, versus DUTA 94%
