    Exclamation First Cycle Advice from me

    Just drop me a PM with your stats - age, weight, height, lifting experience, your goals and ill do my best to put together an appropriate cycle for the beginner. I dont really have time to read all the threads from new bro's, so PMs will be easier. You could also post in this thread, i can answer here.

    hey bro i could use some advice, im 24 5'11 160lbs, im in really good shape, run every other day, and weightlift every other day as well, im not very big but i want to gain about 20 lbs. mostly in my chest and arms, If you could, could you also let me know what kind of gear and how much i should take, im new to this so i dont know alot about it but i have alot of friends with good sources, so its all available if need be.

    No offense, but the first thing you need to learn if you are serious is HOW TO EAT. at 5' 11" you should be able to get to 200 naturally, then think about steroids !! Check out the diet section here for bulking

    Also, you can't really just add 20lbs where you want to... the better your foundation (LEGS) the bigger and stronger the rest of your body will get!!

    well bro, first step may be to reevaluate some of your goals. I'm not trying to flame you at all, but if you gain 20 lbs in your chest and arms you will look like a clown. If you go in the gym every week thinking chest and arms, most likely your other workouts will suffer and you will end up highly imbalanced and most likely injured. There is nothing wrong with focusing, but be weary about singling out body parts this early in the game.

    Second, if your looking to bulk up, you may want to toss the running and replace that with hardcore gym time. Usually people are gonna recomend when your bulking to limit your intense cardio to one or two times a week at 15 minutes a pop. If your cardio is real important to you, then you can do more, but understand this will hold you back from gaining the weight you'd like to.

    Third, how long have you been lifting? You may want to transition into a more intense weight training/diet program before you ever touch juice.

    Fourth, Your first cycle most like you're going to be recommended Test E at 250 mg a week, possibly kick started with Tbol or Dbol (kick started means for the first 4-5 weeks). If your as new as it seems like, probably nothing more than that.

    Search around and read up. There is a ton to be learned on this site. Don't forget PCT (Post Cycle Therapy).

    I would agree here - at 5-11 you could hold up to 180 - 190 lean natural. Higher calories and proper training

    - because so many people go ahead with a cycle even though they really dont need to or are advised not to - just be sure to start with a low dose test only cycle, say 250mg a week (1 sust shot? test e? whatever) have nolva and ldex on hand.
