How much weight have you gained from the test so far?
Well my weight is usually around 160 but my diet was off when I first started so I was at 155-57... It's about the 7th week and I'm at 172 lbs... Not taking any other supps except Muscle Milk and a Multi-vitamin in morning, and eating a lot... Doing Arnold's 4 day a week routine, that's about it!

Now I'm not sure exactly cause I don't write it down but I "believe" I'm getting at least 3,000 calories and 200 protein... I don't know about the other stuff cause I just don't care at this point, I'm feeling and looking great compared to what I once was. I have more then 3 meals a day prolly around 6 or 7... About 2 of those meals consist of muscle milk and something else, the rest is food....

Yeh mine isn't the greatest... I do have one question though... What's the best way to "buy" eggs in bulk, and "cook" eggs in bulk... I've been making scrambled eggs and there must be other ways cuz I'm getting tired of it, heh... But yeh, diet is definately my weak link, but it's weird... I do eat a lot, I eat anything I can as long as it has a lot of protein and calories and my bf is dropping like nothing else still! I'm afraid I wouldn't have any bf if I watched my fat intake seriously...
