HELP! how much Tamoxifen?

Wanted to run this by you old pros, see what you guys think:

I am terrified of gyno and am planning to use Tamoxifen during and after my cycle. What's a reasonable amount to be using per day, during and after?

What's your cycle consist of, some gear you will want to avoid nolva.

Answer kfrost's question, but I like to run around 10-20mg daily during cycle and 40mg daily for the first 15 days and 20mg daily for the next 15 days post cycle. But it all depends on what you are cycling.

Because aromatization can cause other side effects other than gyno. Also nolva imo is not even very good as a preventative measure to estro related side effects. AI's are far superior.

Add some testosterone to your cycle, even 200-250mg per week as a TRT.

would i subsitute the testosterone for the deca, or stack them? also: im doing deca because i dont know how to get anything else. and a stupid questions, im sure: i can tell deca dick is a bad thing, but what is it? shrinkage or inability to get an erection?

Dont worry about any nolva or adding test right now. you need to do some research and build up your knowledge base slightly before you hop on anything. Judging by your response here you dont have the slightest idea about deca but yet you want to run it. My advice is to park in the educational forum, search deca, deca dick, nolva, etc..... once you have an idea about the compounds you'd like to use and some of the effects of them and how to control/ avoid some then think about hopping on. I know it's not what you want to hear but there's a lot more to know then o i wanna do this steroid cause it'll make me big....

want to thank everybody for their advice. i especially want to thank you, magic stick, for your tough love. ive decided to do more research and not start until i have a better understanding of what im injecting in my body.

still gonna try the cytomel and clen though. will keep you all posted as to the results.
