    14 Weeks Out Pic Update Critique the Physique

    Here are my most muscular poses 18, 16, and 14 weeks out as of today. Am I on target? Today I was 190.4

    You've made some progress.. that's undisputable.

    I'd say you were a lil behind.. but that's debateable honestly... as i don't know you or your body personally... Or more specifically, i don't know how well you know your body.

    You can make it from this point... That's the truth.

    So continue to put in the work

    I have lost 2.4 pounds this previous week. My carb intake avg was 228, protein 330, and fats were around 90. This week I'm going to lower my carbs to 200 and keep the rest of the diet the same. I also am going to add a little more cardio and see how I look next friday.

    As of today 190.4 total loss of 8.2 lbs. in 4 weeks. Bodyfat is I'd guess around 15-17 percent. Do you or anyone else have any idea where my bf is at?

    MY BAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Fats were not 90 the were 38 grams on avg. this past week. SORY for the typo it's late!

    I will piggy back (wow that sounds gay LOL) everything nark said in this post. You have made progress for sure, but it may need to speed up a TAD. Your numbers look good though as far as fat loss so its hard to say. I know when I start prepping though I usually lose about 5 lbs in the first week of dieting due to water loss)

    I realize I'm a little behind but it's early. I will kick things up a notch. Look for my pics in two weeks should be a noticable difference. I just don't want to loose to fast and too much muscle.

    Thanks, I've worked hard on my quads since my show of fall of 05. I'm not blessed with huge legs, so I have to pound them hard. Since September I've been doing dc training. It has put some decient size on my legs. Now I'm back to my regular contest training.

    Here is my side chest 14 weeks out. My 18 and 16 weeks side chest got deleted.
