I'm 6'2" 175 dont know my BF%. I'm not scranny just thin started working out about 5 months ago have read alot about hardgainers and I beleive I'm just an under eater.I really want to figure out a diet plan.So far what I have been eating is 6:30am 60g whey 5g glutamine 2 peices of wheat bread 9:30 1 serving of Cyto gainer and plain bagel w/natural PB 12:30 6oz tuna on a plain bagel 1/2 cup cottage cheese 1/2 cup brown rice 3:30 2 granola bars 10oz of chicken 5:30 60g whey/pre work out After workout 30g whey and 5g glutamine then for dinner I will have a medium size steak or half of chicken breast with mashed potatoes or some pasta then before I go to bed I will have another serving of Cyto gainer. Please crytique by all means I need to know if I'm on a good path or not.. I'm wanting to gain about 25 or 30lbs
