deca
true, but something thatll directly effect joint strength, something that doesnt take awhile to build up and wont be detectable for long
deca is the gear!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
glucosamine
the best suplement that worked for me was Animal flex
Quote:
Glucosamine is found in high concentrations in the joints. It has been theorized that glucosamine stimulates the formation of cartilage that is essential for joint repair. In animal models, oral glucosamine sulfate has a beneficial effect on inflammation, mechanical arthritis, and immunological-reactive arthritis, though much less so than indomethacin and other such drugs.
Glucosamine is sometimes used in combination with chondroitin sulfate as a treatment for arthritis.
Chondroitin sulfate is also found in cartilage. Chondroitin sulfate reportedly maintains the viscosity in joints, stimulates cartilage repair mechanisms, and inhibits enzymes that break down cartilage.

Alflutop
Glucosamine works for me, I took it daily for 60 days. Now my wrist joint pains are gone.Originally Posted by Outta Kontrol
Did you quit taking it after sixty days and the pain is still gone? Just wondering cause most of the joint supps I have seen are a little pricey to be running for extended periods and my knee occasionaly makes this unnatural noise when doing quad extensions.Originally Posted by S431M7
yeah, everytime i squat down, my knees click/crak and it is every single time not just like once at the start.
maybe i have bad cartilage?
Deca is good while on it, but in my case it is just a temp mask. When I come off I'm in more pain then before I went on. You could possibly have something serious goingon and the deca will hide that for a while, but in reality you could be doing more damage than good.Originally Posted by Decoder

Yes, I'm off that pain ever since, but I plan to take some more in future just for cartiledge growth, that way it minimizes future problems too.Originally Posted by Dog-Slime
