you shouldn't take more than 30-40g of glutamine per day (ur organism gets it from protein, and by giving it more than 40g a day you will handicap it). When working out you're burning like 50g/30 min of glutamine, but don't worry if you burned 100g in 60 minutes doesn't mean you have to take 100g of glutamine heh. Ur organism will get it from the proteins from meals you eat after ur workout. take 5 g in the morning, before workout, and before bed time, and about 10-15 g after workout. Taurine: 5 g in the morning, before workout, and 10g after workout
