I just measured myself and I have an imbalance just wondering what you guys do for imbalaces in muscular size?
All measurements were cold
Flexed
Chest : 49inch
Arms : 18inch(left is 17.5) Unflexed my right arm is 17 and my left is 16?!
Calves : 17.5inchs
Thighs : 28inch My left thigh is 27.5inch
Neck : 17.25inch
notice the serious imbalance in my armsize... thats what I'm worried about... I guess an unflexed measurement would mean my left tricep is seriously underdeveloped?
Was thinking of just adding unilateral training on my arms.... its the one place I dont do it and it shows =P
