Hey fellow iron heads! New to this forum, need some insight from you more knowledgeable than me out there !! Im 46 and just started to t ake the aas route to gaining that hard eaned muscle we all fight to have.I am currently on my fourth run , started about a yr. and a half ago. Whay should or shoulnt i be doing at the age of 46, what is safe or not ? I have found on my own exp. that some compounds are not good for me to take and others seem to be doing its thing quite weLL! Attached is pic, need some pointers, greatly appr eciated!

Get that squeeze. I find that I work out my chest more if I dont bring the dumbells all the way up, cos when I do, my chest is resting.
