I'm gonna just stop doing cardio, and see what happens I guess
Passover didn't help either, but I'm able to go out, and eat normal food
and at home I'm having enough carbs I just can't have bread or oatmeal or rice at home So I've been eating wheat cereal sweet potatoes fruit and matzah
