Just when i hit rock bottom last week this weekend i fall in the stairs outside of my girlfriend sisters appartment.
I started to freak out imagining the worst pains ever.
To my surprise today i feel great? i got adjusted at my chiro and my pelvic almost didnt even move and the pain is under control, in other words i feel great.
I trained this morning using high reps no rest type of training.
Did 25 reps lat pulldown, 25 reps bench press, 25 reps deadlifts, 25 reps leg press, 25 reps leg extension, 25 reps leg curls, 25 reps triceps pushdown, 25 reps bb curls and 25 reps lateral side raise.
I was gased but workout went fine, i hit the pool for 25 minutes of swimming then sauna, hot bath and vapour room.
I am back from a walk and feel very good, my upper back still needs some improvement in posture but for the rest everthing seems to be coming into place.
My chiro said again that if the MRI comes back positive he is quiting is job, he been doing it for more then 30 years.
