okay say my triceps are sore and today is my bench day, should i give my body another day of rest if my triceps are sore or go ahead with the workout anyway, ive just started back on a bodybuilding type regimen for now so i was just wondering

i dont train with sore muslces, and tray not training chest the day after you train tri's
