    Question cardio ?'s

    i lift 4 days a week for a little over an hour, and i lift for mass. but lately i have been wanting to do cardio after i workout. my question is should i do the elliptical machine or the treadmill for PWO cardio? and for how long? i don't want to lose a ton of muscle, just cut down my bf% a little.thanks.

    doesnt matter what you use just keep your heart at 60-70% of its max for about 30-45 minutes and you will burn fat instead of muscle

    i don't really understand how you would keep your HR at 70%. are you saying, dont put it on the highest level?

    if you are above the 60-70% you are burning muscle and fat but in that range you will be burning almost only fat
