    Please help!!!

    First off just wanted to say hello and introduce myself my name is Johnny, i have been working out for about 5 years now, and im in pretty good shape. The last time i did a supplement was a couple years ago which was 1-ad by ergopharm(im aware its no longer around) This was also the last time i was was logged on to this website. Im starting a new stack which will include muscletech's celltech, Ultimate Nutritions's Muscle Juice, muscletech's stack which inclides gakic, leukic, and creakic. Im just curious how anyone thinks this will work out and opinion to opionions. Im currently taking Essiential CLA to burn off any excess fat. Please help~!

    Hello Johnny and welcome to the forums. You do not need the celltech and muscle juice because it is practically a bottle of sugar. How do you think they get so much calories and carbs in it, but if you want to drink sugar then go for it. Nothing beats whole food and you shouldn't get most your calories, protein, etc. from supplements. Keep the muscletech stack. Hope this helps.

    whats up johnny. take your muscletech stuff and throw it away, and if you havnt bought it yet, DONT. theres much better supps out there, that work more effectivly and are cheaper!. what are your goals? stats?

    Welcome to the to the boards! Yeah bro, get your diet in check and add some A.M. cardio for 45mins. 3 or 4 times a week to burn BF. No need to spend all that money on MuscleTech s**T, overpriced garbage IMO. Go with a basic stack of whey protein (I prefer ON 100% Whey), good multi-v,Vit.-e 1000i.u. ed, Vit.-C 6-8grams ed, 4-6g. fish oil, and BCAA 10g pre-wo or pre-cardio. Once you get BF in check, then add some CEE or something to add more strength and muscle. Good Luck!

    Oh allright, yea i allready bought the shit, i payed 50$$ for the 6.7 pound tub. And i didnt get the muscletek stack pak yet. My goal is to drop 15 lbs of fat and add a good 10 of muslce, hopefully this is realistic~ my diet isnt the greatest, breakfast i skip, lunch usually whole wheat breat, turkey, and tomato and lettuce. SNacks include cottage cheese and peaches, and dinner is usally something with some calories like a beef burrito, or pasta.

    Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Go to the diet section and get a diet worked out.

    I agree with the others. this diet is horrible man, not a bash; u just really have to analyze it and reorganize if you want to put on any muscle...10lb is asking alot for most people, if youre serious about your goals u will find ways to get breakfast --even if its a shake and oats, a bar etc..
