gear for 2nd cycle, please help

Hi from South Africa.

My first cycle was a deca and sus 250 combo over a year ago.

Now I've purchased the following
Ilium Stanabolic 50mg (10ml)
Anapoloon 50mg (100 tablets)
Trenbolone Acetate 100mg (10ml)
Testosterone Cypionate 250mg (10ml)

I need to know if this is a good combo and some advice on frequency of dosages.

BTW. I'm 28, 88kgs, been training past 8 years
