first what kind of creatine is it monohydrate? and when are you taking it
yeah its monohydrate gnc creatine in the morning and before bed
take one serving post workout, monohydrate will make you more bloated then other forms of creatine
of 5mg what about endourence have you used it
yea ive used it worked pretty well but i like creatine ethyl ester or CEE as people call it, it doesnt make you bloated and i think i get better gains off it and the dosage is smaller, but with the monohydrate do the 2 servings like you are but make sure one is post wokrout and its supposed to be good for endurnace but ive never used it for that
i read on here some where about a loading phase do you think you need to do that or no
i dont think its needed, when you load its supposed so "saturate" the muscle but you cant handle that much creatine at one time so you just piss most of it out
