    Arrow d-bol monocycle

    Hi you all!after three month rest i´ve returned to gym,so i'm thinkin' about taking a d-bol monocycle just to get some help and faster recover.i'm think 20 mg day during four weeks,but I don't if for this I'll need some post cycle(like clomid or HCG or something like that),what do you think about?

    It would be wise to do pct of some sort. Clomid or nolvadex or maybe proviron to make sure your levels recover. Have you used d-bol before? Have you used AS before?

    I don't think it is really wise to use Dbol only. Throw some test in there.
    And 20mg of Dbol only is not really worth it. You won't gain much (besides water) and you will loose a lot after cycle (which psychologically is not pleasant).

    Throw in a small cycle of Test e. 250mg a week should do?

    Test prop if you want to do a short cycle. Tell us your stats.

    yeah,i've heard that about the water retention...how much of my gains can I get when the cycle ends,40-50%?and answering that question about if I used roids before,yes,I think it's obvious,but than u for take care of me!
    one thing more:I don't want to use testo because I only want a help in my recover.when i'm recovered,then I'll maybe take a real cycle,that I'll post it here.

    if this is the case id save your money and wait for the cycle,i just dont see the goal here.just prepare your diet and training routine for the real deal.

    im not sure what you mean by recovery,but if its from any type of injury,you will put more stress on your joints as you blow up with the dbol and start going heavy,especially when your just getting back into things.

    It is hard to say what you will keep. You will get strength and size gains from d-bol, but it will be hard to keep them, I'd say like 30%-40% maybee. Guys will usually stack with test of some sort.

    well,maybe I'd can take 400 or 500 mg per week during that four weeks i've said of test e,but then the post will be strongly recommended,and it's that i want to avoid...and also the shoot!
