I am going to first start using anabol and testerone 250 on monday for my personal training and was hoping that I could get some advise for my present diet.
I am 23 168 cm and 52 kg.
Breakfast @0730:
2 big steamed buns with 1/4 egg each.
Snack @ 1030:
2 piece of tuna sandwich with 1 egg.
lunch @1300
rice with curry mutton and 1 egg
snack @1700
2 piece wholemeal bread with chicken breast and 1 egg
dinner after gym @1930
1 bowl of beef noodle soup with 1 egg
snack before bed 2200
1 cup of bannana milk
Please give me your opinions on whether it is sufficient and what I should add on or take away.
