I don't think he will ever sell steroids. What he sells can be done legally using the "research chemical" loophole in the law.
EQ and Winny certainly don't fall into the research chemical group

This is not a short term fix, even this fragment will take some time to achieve any benefits. I used 3 kits back-to-back last summer, I was a lab rat for another supplier. Did not notice much.
