Quick Clen Question ??

When running clen and using benydril (sp?) to recharge in week 3 and 6, does it matter when you dose the benydril? Id prefer to dose it at night, since it KMTFO. So Id dose the clen in the am and the beny in the pm. Also would your clen dose just stay constant throughout the cycle?

I should have said after the initial ramp period?? IE 20, 40, 60, 80, and then stay around 100mcg throughout?? If sides aren't too bad? Or do you drop down a bit while on the beny, and then after 7 days of beny do you start to step it back up again?

Do you just keep the dose maxed out while on benadryl till your done or if any tapering is involved?

ramp up and then stick at same dose even on the Benadryl. You may experience more noticable effects while running the benadryl due to the upregulating effect. If it gets too much then sure drop the dose a little so it is comfortable....

Rubix just an fyi, there are different acounts or guidelines for women when it comes to clen, although you prob know....seeing as you've been around here for a while. Good luck, and thanks again beast.
