I'm on a cutting diet right now, and i was tweaking my diet a little bit last night.
So i was wei***ng my chicken breast(i weighed it both frozen and thawed), which weighed in @ 4oz=30.4 grams/protein. So i cook it and weighed it again, and it weighed 2oz.
With that being said, did i loose some protein and calories from cooking or does it still have the nutritional value it had b4 it was cooked. If so, adding an extra piece of chicken breast to 3 more of my meals is gonna break my pocket even more than this diet is doing already.
Oh yeah, and i also forgot to mention that the nutrition facts says that i piece of each chicken will give my the 30 grams of protein.
