injection frequency (test + deca)

deca 500mg/week
test 400mg/week

Deca needs to be shot twice a week. The test would ***end on the ester. Enanthate, Cypionate, Propionate, Sustanon, Suspension, etc.

it's test e though there's a plan to swap it with Propionate for the last 4 weeks of 3 month cycle.

i think you mean 400mg/week for the test otherwise that would be one hell of a dose. anyway, if you meant 400mg you need to either bump it up a little or decrease your deca. reason being is you never take more deca than test or you could run into some "deca dick".

i did 500mg test and 200mg deca every week. i would inject half doses of each twice a week, say monday and thursday.

yep i meant 400mg/week sorry for the typos i'm knackered! well ppl say you don't need to run test higher than deca. deca doesn't block testosterone which has been injected.

i would also finish up the deca one week ealier than the test so you can start your PCT exactly 3 weeks after your last shot of test.

Old school of thought. Has no bearing I'm afraid. The only thing you need is a TRT dosage of test. 200mg EW would be more than enough.

Also, he'll be running prop the last 4 weeks of his cycle. Needs to cut off the deca 2 weeks prior to the end for PCT times to meet.

Im currently in week 8 500mgs deca and 400mgs testnothign even close to deca dick is presnet. that props a good idea i think im goign to steal it

I would go with every 4 days, keeps blood levels ideal, just have to adjust your dose slightly.

I agree that hrt test is all thats necessary to prevent any libido probs
