Wuz up.. I have been lurking on this board for a while. Used to work out hard in college...then fell off due to being in the "real world". Now I am back in the gym (thank god for muscle memory) and trying to get back to where I was 8 years ago.

Right now just exercising hard, eating right, and working out at the a "hardcore gym" in northern atlanta. My goal is to get to 180lbs by August 1st.
I look forward to learning from the other board members.
