    Give your opinion

    Ok,

Right now I am at a 4.51% body fat. Below is a picture of my stomach, though there is a fine layer of fat I want gone so I can have "perfect" abs.

I weigh aprox. 150 lbs, which means 6.77 lbs is fat. I don't want to hurt my self but I do want to shred about 2-3 more lbs of fat.

Diet is near flawless, I am Hydroxy Cut Hardcore, wake up and have two cups of green tea, and average 24 hours of cardio a week. So am I doing something wrong, or what would you recommend?

I dont think you are at 4.5% BF, maybe around 7-9%. If you want abs that pertrude more out, I would suggest doing more weighted ab excercises, perhaps weighted hanging knee raises, and how the hell do you have time to do 24 hours of a cardio a week, train and do whatever the hell you do with your life? Doing that much cardio I would assume your burning quite a bit of muscle.

Well I workout aprox. four hours a day 1hr of cardio before my work out, and 1hr to cool off after the work out. thats Monday-Friday, on Saturday I'll just hit cardio hard for four hours/ exhaust my self.

I dunno how well this plastic caliper works (how I found the percentage)

My aunt is a doctor PHD I've tried to get her to persribe a dunking so I can get insurance to write it off, but she won't budge.

So your thinking I'm doing too much cardio?

I was redoing the math I did it wrong the first time! Two Hours a day five days a week equals 10 hrs, and then four hours on saturday means a total of fourteen for the week. I dunno how I came up with 24 should have been fourteen. My mitake.

    Here's a thought:

Keep the same amount of fat, gain some muscle, and your bf% will go down.

youre still overtraining, why train 6 days in a row and why 4 hours on sat?

I asked a trainer from 24 hour fitness what was a good way to drop weight and he said cardio, so I asked can you do too much cardio and he said not really. So I took him seriously.

not all trainers know what they are talking about believe me, i was a trainer too and you should hear some of the things some trainers tell people, doing that much cardio you will be burning a lot of muscle, IMO you are overtraining

OK, well here is a question I've never been able to get an answer for by anyone.

Is it better to train Three Days a week

    Monday- Cardio/Back/Bi/Delts
    Wednesday- Cardio/Legs
    Friday- Cardio/Chest/Tri

Or to train five days a week

    Monday-Cardio/Back/Bi/Delts
    Tuesday-Cardio/Legs
    Wednesday- Cardio/Chest/Tri
    Thursday-Cardio/Legs
    Friday- Cardio/Back/Bi/Delts

    Following Week

    Monday-Cardio/Chest/Tri
    Tuesday-Cardio/Legs
    Wednesday- Cardio/Back/Bi/Delts
    Thursday-Cardio/Legs
    Friday- Cardio/Chest/Tri

    Is one better then another?
    If so why?
Also would you say my diet is on the correct track?

    Again thank you.

^^ Dude, your about to figure out A LOT if people keep posting like they are...

you dont have any extra fat to lose that would be easy/healthy to maintain,

you just need to use weighted movements to actually build the muscle.

like I said, as far as diet and your workout plan goes you've got a lot to learn, and you will.

First of all, why do you limit your water intake to 32oz every other meal? thats retarded. you can and should drink as much water as possible throughout the day. ecpecially if you are running 14 hours a week. you might not be seeing abs as much as you want because your mildly bloated. if your only consuming a gallon of water a day, or 7 gallons a week, but your running 14 hours not including any other activities you do, but at best your are only taking in a 1/2 gallon of water for every hour your running. and your body is prob trying to hold in as much water as possible because its in survival mode. You need to do some research on DHEA levels and "cortisol dominance" to fully understand what your doing to yourself. its not healthy.

also your not gonna look big, or have nice abs if you dont workout your abs. do some crunches

Thank you for the information, and yes I do have alot to learn, I'm starving for information.

My ab work out consists of such-

(I dunno why I didn't add it before)

    Monday-
Roman chair leg lifts w/ 10lb dumbbell between my feet
    Decline crunch w/ 25 lbs

    Wednesday-
    Cable Crunch
Reverse decline crunch w/ a 10lb medicine ball between my knees

    Friday-
Laying on a Swiss ball leg lifts
    Decline Crunch w/ 25 lbs

I'm glad to know in a good way I am doing things wrong so I can improve, the water part is good to know as well.

Throw any ideas my way, I'm open to anything!

What I would like you to do is, go to the diet forum, and post your diet, have the diet gurus critique your diet.

then i want you to go to "workout questions" and post your workout routine and have that critiqued.

also tell them everything u told us ( how much your running) and then watch there faces drop

then come back here and we can perhaps recomend your some supps, but until then no supplemenation is going to help you.

and dude the nipple ring....? why? hahaa

Thats what we are here for bro, to help

I only bash when people ask the same questions over and over again and dont search

but you sound like you understand that you are doing some stuff wrong and thats good. we are hear to critique, i was a chump when i started here to and was bashed and critiqued myself. stick around long and enough and you will learn some great info! and you will grow big if you stick to it

and hey at least your trying to workout right? more then half of america is obese, so you run 14 hours a week... so what, at least u dont sit on ur ass 14 hours a week and eat potato chips
