    From decent shape to slob

Hey everyone. I'm 23 yrs old. 5'10 260 bf?... 4 yrs ago I was about 190-195. I went from working out 5 days a week eating well to doing neither. I am an endomorph and had to work very hard to get to the shape i was in in the pictures where i was 190. I want to get back to the way I used to look. I am starting a diet and workout regime today. I have put together a pretty good diet to start with. MY question is do you think I've stretched my stomach so much that I will not even be able to get it atleast flat again. I'm worried about having tons of lose skin and I know my stretch marks wont go away. Posted are pictures from then and unfortunately now. I know they arent good quality but it gives you an idea.

You'll tighten up in no time if you are consistant & stick with it. From what I see in your photos you could be back to where you were in 3-4 months, if you don't go crazy and overtrain and give yourself some ingury.

You are young so your stomach will flatten out nicely and the skin will tighten up. But don't delay! Every day you stay heavy is one day less for your skin to get older and less resiliant.

Plu diabetes and heart disease from eating bad & being over weight is the #1 causes of death in this country.

You will have a nice transformation!

as long as your not taking it off too quickly, then dont i think loose skin will be too much of a problem. but i'd have to disagree a little bit w/ the above post, 70 lbs seems like a lot in 3-4months. I was thinking more like 6 months, but i've never had to go through strenuous weight loss so maybe im wrong

3-4 months is possible but it would be difficult and you may lose a lot of muscle. if you could do it in 6 months that would still be a huge accomplishment.

I would say a reasonable time frame to get back to where you were would be 5-6 months.

I feel ya on the endomorph part. I keep my diet pretty clean (clean food, I tend to overeat a lil on macros) and I always find myself around 16-17% at the end of my bulking runs

The advantage you have is your age and you haven't been that long at the heavier weight. 6-9 months good cardio and clean diet you'll be "back"!

It is his thumb making it look like skin from his side, giving the thong appearance. Settle down guys ^^
