    Shrimp and Cholesterol

We all know, or most of us, that you can get a bag of frozen shrimp pretty damn cheap.

Of course, the downside to shrimp is cholesterol that it has.

Question is, if I am on a decent bulking diet, would eating shrimp everyday be okay? What about 3 times a week?

i'd say they're not horrible. Great in protein, but not so great in Sodium and Cholesterol. Three times a week won't hurt, considering i eat 21 servings of meat in a week....

the shrimp I have is as follows:

    Size: about 12 shrimp:

    1g fat
    165mg chloes.
    550mg sodium
    0 carbs
    18g protein

about the same sodium as you posted, but way less cholesterol.
