3rd cycle, 6'3 245lbs @ 16%, goal is 10%.diet similar to sticky diet adjusted to my weight/needs...

wk 1-12- sustaplex 325 (975 wk)

wk 1-8- fina 100mg eod

wk 1-4 po winny 50mg Ed

easy pct nolva/clomid(worked well in past)


let me know what you think, kind of basic, but looks pretty good...

Seem's ok to me id prefer to run the winny at weeks 8-12. Whats you pct dosages looking like.

makes sence, i actually might try that, considering i will be at a lower bf%, and thats when winny is more effective...thanks for the advice...

i am running something very similar to your just that im running test phenylprop 100mg ed and tren 60mg ED. everything else is the same winny week 8-12

looks good me friend, but no need for almost a gram of test a week during a cutter. lower the dosage and you will still retain plenty of muscle especially with tren and winny in there. at 16% bf you could bloat quite a bit on that much test. just a thought
