Im trying to cut some weight but its pretty hard for me because im ALWAYS Hungry and i eat alot. Ive gotten advice to eat 5 or 6 smaller meals a day but that is rough to do, but if that is what i need to do then i guess ill have to do it. I do run so im not inactive
What i am really looking for is Someones diet plan pretty much, i follow directions well so if i have a piece of paper that tells me What to eat and how much to eat then that would do me well. IF anyone has their diet that would help or a site where i could create my own that would help. I eat pretty much anything
