Wednesday-Shoulder day
Took RawMCC upon awakening about 2.5-3 hours later I took a low does of Amplify 02 8 pills to get a feel for it before going balls out and my first dose of G-covery....Got to the gym about 30 minutes after taking it felt good but not as focused and chomping at the bit rearing to go as I had anticipated....I went in BS'd with a few client's and did a short shoulder warm up routine....By the time I was finished warming up I could tell a big difference in my mindset and focus....Apparently I need 45 minutes to one hour to start feeling the full effects of this product.....The workout went great went thru my full routine and still had some energy left at the end....Did not notice any increased pump today maybe that takes a few days of being on the product or I need to try a higher dose...Got home took my second dose of G-covery with a protein shake....Now right now I am on a low carb low cal diet because I have a photo shoot coming up for a local gym....I am normally blitzed after my workout's due to this diet and almost always have to take a short nap....Well today although still tired I did not feel as run down and mind numb as I normally do....BTW I still naped because I am fat and lazy LOL....
Thursday -bis and tris
Same protocol as before on all dose times but this time I bumped up the dosage of Amplify 02 to 12 caps....Got to the gym about 45 minutes later with my mind blazing ready to get to work....Obviously those extra 4 pills did alittle something....Went thru my tricep routine feeling incredible towards my last exercise My triceps felt like they where going to explode....Next is bi's now these little F#CKERS swoll up after the first set....By the end of my workout my freaking arms didn’t want to open or close....Felt good....Got home took G-covery not tired in the least....Got on ar and dicked around for a bit then went outside and mowed....
Friday-Leg day
Exact same protocol as thursday....
F#CKED up my knee several weeks ago and today it was killing me had to bail on legs....Did short ab routine abs felt really tight and still do today....F#CKING knee really pissed me off today I wanted to get a gruesome leg workout in the first week on this....
Saturday-Sit on my ass and write review/start log day
Thus far I am defiantely enjoying these products....The new Amplify 02 no doubt has more of a kick to it than the original did...Not sure if it is the way they restructured it or if it's the addition RawMCC....Whatever it is I like it....The last time I tried this product I said that I could not see my self using it while on cycle and that I would mainly use it in pct....But this time I am on a light cycle and I think it might just be what the doctor ordered for these next few carb cycling weeks ahead....I aslo feel that the G-covery is helping with recovering after workouts....Will continue and see....

Amplify 02 12 caps 45 minutes to one hour preworkout
G-covery first serving one hour preworkout and second serving immediately postworkout with a protein shake
