winny 50mg ed weeks 7-12
i'm looking to get around 8% or less if possible, 175lbs
my diet is good, and i'm cutting carbs and calories a lil each week
how much cardio should I do? I usually do incline at 15% for 45 min 3 or 4 times a week. how much should I be doing? should I be adding more cardio every week? thanks
