    New to this advice needed

    Hey everyone. Been researching on Wiki for god knows how long and have finally decided to make the jump into getting some chemical assistance.

    Been going to the gym for about a month and realised i'm really weak compared to 99% of people at the gym. I can barely do about 15 reps at a time with 12KG dumbells!!

    A mate of mine has mentioned creatin but i've heard they're not too effective and I've finally settled for a months supply of injection types for £30 for a month which seems pretty good.
    However I don't know the name of them and have put my trust completely in my mate.

    I was just looking for some pointers for an absolutely newbie. I've heard some horror stories of Gynocomastea etc and was wondering what can I do to minimize this and what's the best for me Diet wise to try and stop me putting on too much weight around my stomach?

    I'm aiming to bulk up on my arms and chest and just look bigger, however strength isn't really a priority. Diet wise what should i be looking to prepare for?

    ur takin somethin u have no idea what it is? are u crazy u should have atleast done sum research on it or maybe even get the name of it how can people help u if they dont know were to start

    yea bro its things like this why people think steroids are bad, people not knowing what they are doing and end up hurting themsleves.....you have no idea what you are doing you should not be doing steroids.....do you even have pct set up

    IF you don't even know how your body will grow naturally, how do you expect it to grow with steroids, which make things ten times harder , as you need 110% dedication to doing it correctly

    21 Years old
    about 6 foot tall
    In Lbs i weight 160. (11.5 stones)
    I used one of those BMI machines and the readout said I was in the middle of normal so not sure what my BF is though
    I visit the Gym for at least an hour every day and work out until I can't lift my arms anymore. I also do cardio on a crosstrainer
    My diet is good small. I try to eat as little as possible to keep fat down. I've cut out fatty foods and mainly stick to Pasta and Fish etc so pretty healthy i'd say.
    My goal is to just bulk up around my arms and chest and just look a little bigger. I don't want to look like the Hulk, just slightly more defined.

    As for PCT I don't have anything.

    As soon as I get them i'll be able to read the label and give you all the name of it.

    first of all 6 foot 160 pretty small, go natural for a while with a good diet and good workout program you will get excellent results, and why dont you have anything for PCT?

    welcome to ar get yourself a good diet high calorie carb protein and appropriate fat get yourself a good workout routine and go natural until you reach youir full natty potential there is a diet section as well as a workout section research those. there are some good suppliments out there to help good multivitamins creatine is good just research it all your far from needing aas just keep your head up put in those hard hours at the gym it will pay off good luck

    Bought myself a months worth of Creatine.
    Have been using it for around a week now and haven't noticed any effects apart from what seems to be a bit of fat put on around my pecks area which is a bit disheartening as that was the area i was most looking to tone up and the area i work hardest at the gym

    Would PCT work that area without using any steroids or could PCT without steroids do harm?
    I was looking to reduce my chest size anyway however the creatine would probably have the opposite affect of what i'm looking for

    Not trying to flame you here bro, but you really have NO freaking clue as to any of this !!! Please be careful and don't screw up your body!!

    Creatine is not a magic worker. the "fat" you are probably noticing is more WATER RETENTION , not fat....that is what creatine does, it pulls more water into the muscles!

    PCT...is PostCycleTherapy....meaning things you take after using AAS to get your body back to producing its own testosterone..since using AAS will shut down your natty test..

    The problem here is YOUR DIET !!!! You have to EAT to grow....

    PLEASE start reading in the DIET section here about bulking
    then READ in the PCT section so you usderstand the importance of that
    THEN READ SOME MORE....

    You are YEARS away from using steroids!!!

    lay out your daily diet for us
    and your daily gym routine

    After going to the gym for a month I'd say you should probably be ready for your third cycle by now....after all of that dedication and hard work....wow! You're really serious about this bodybuilding thing, huh? Seriously, there are faster ways to fvck yourself up, and you won't have to spend a whole month doing it. OMG, get you're clueless as to what this is about. Workout for a few years seriously, learn everything you can about diet and how it effects your body. then consider......consider....chemical assistance.....DA

    sman give you some good advice lets see what your diet looks like. like he said the creatine will give you water retention thats the '' weight'' you see i like to use it myself but its def no wonder drug. hang around here and learn as much as possible but trust what everyone here is telling you stay away from the juice for now. get your diet right it takes time in the gym to make changes if thats what you truly want. we ve all had to start somewhere i wish i would have known of this forum years ago i would def be ahead of where i am at this point good luck
