    plz critique my diet!!! new!!

    ----------------> (Protein) (Carbs) (Cals)
    0700: ½ cup skim milk 5 6.5 45
    ½ cup egg whites 13 1 60
    1 scoop protein 20 2 100
    2 tablespoon PB 7 7 190
    1 slice whole grain or Eng muffi4 16 90
    ½ banana (med) 0.5 14 52
    if possible: ½ cup oatmeal 5 27 130
    *1 Flax seed oil-1 Milk thistle-1 Multi Vitamin-1 B12-2 Tblsp of Gluc/Chond/msm*



    0930 : 1 Zone Bar 14 25 210
    1 stick string cheese 8 1 80



    1200 : 4 slices of whole grain bread 16 64 360
    10 slices of ham + turkey 14 4 120
    2 pieces of lettuce 0.2 0.6 4
    1 Apple (med) 0 19 72
    *1 flax seed oil*



    230: 2 scoops protein shake 40 4 200



    430: 1 can of Tuna 32 0 150
    ½ pita wheat 4 18 80



    530-730: Work Out-Get BIG time!
    2 scoops protein shake (during w/o) 40 4 200
    ½ banana (med) 0.5 14 52



    800: 1.5 Chicken breast 30 1 190
    1-1.5 Cup cooked Rice 9 60 405
    1 cup non fat yogurt 13 19 140
    1 apple or veg 0 19 72



    930: ½ Cup Non-fat cottage cheese 14 6 80
    *1 milk thistle*


    Daily Totals: 276g prot 332g Carb 3012 cals





    AGe 22 bf 16% approx 6'3 225
    Lean muscle gains..will be running on 400 mg EQ and 400 mq TESt e per week..with legit PCT's

    your not eating enough. your diet looks like a cutting diet. you need some red meat!

    natural ...thanks...where would u add the meat at? or maybe somethin else? im tryin to keep the bloating to a minimum...what do u think ?

    carbs bloat me, not meat.
    9:30 could be a better meal
    2:30 could be better also
    either one of these could be lean red meat or both with veggies or beans.
    once again i think your calories are too low, especially for being on a cycle.
    you could use some more fiber.

    i agree with those two meals...i was tring to be more realistic..since i dont know if i am going to be able to eat during those times...(ill be in class)--so red meats would be better, but incase i cant, would u recommend..a meal supp that i can take with the current 930 and 230 meals.?

    cold chicken breast, canned chicken, tuna. just scarf it down. other than that i m not really sure, most mrp bars have a lot of sugar.i use to like those cliff bars.

    Thanks for ur input bro..

    i think if i can manage to change one of those to an addition can of tuna or some red meat, it will be good...
    Also, i forgot to mention...currently i only eat about 2000 cals, so switching to healthy foods, and a strict diet with that addition 1000 cal's, i think i would see some results!? hopefully? iill try to add and edit a little bit more.thanks again

    just keep track of what you eat daily and weigh yourself daily. adjust as needed.

    are u seroiusly drinking a protein shake during ur workout?!~

    diet needs some serious revisions from what i can see.

    Taiboxa, whats so wrong about drinkning while the w/o? i know most do Post workout, but i was just trying something new?
    of course i have the post workout meal right after..
