Hello, the Xyience XM2 supplement was recommended to me by a friend so I went and looked it up, and it seems to have some good stuff in it, but it also has 18g of fat per serving.
My question is, has anyone used this, and how did they like it?(no reviews could be found online so I figured I'd try here)
Also, do you think the fat content is a problem if I use the shake to replace a meal.(my goal is to steadily lose some weight, but maintain strength)
