To loose fat you would prolly be better off taking before cardio. The hgh frees energy from fat cells that can be burned during cardio. Worked very well for me.
im assuming you have your first meal right after your early morning cardio?
if so, then defintely prior to workout so you are taking your hgh on an empty stomach
