Ive been researching on this site as well as from many other sources for almost two years now and think im ready to start my first cycle within the next month. I am looking at running 500 mg ew of probably test E for 12 weeks, 400 mg of equipoise for 12 weeks, and maybe 20 mg dbol for the first four weeks. im looking to gain about 20 lbs of solid mass without a significant increase in bodyfat with this cycle. I will be doing 1 hr morning cardio 3 days a week (will make adjustments accordingly). What do you guys think about those drug choices and dosages? I have heard to do closer to 600 mg of eq a week but was unsure being that this is my first real cycle. Ive heard many different opinions regarding what to use for PCT, and haven't decided which one i should use so i would like feedback on that as well.

My legs are my most lagging muscle group due to a couple of knee injuries.
My diet consists of about 5000 cal ed spread out over 7-8 meals. All protein comes from lean red meats, chicken, turkey, tuna, fish, cottage cheese, egg whites, venison, and whey. All carbs come from oats, brown rice, sweet potatoes, whole wheat bread and pasta, white rice, potatoes, fruit at breakfast, pre and post workout. Most fats are coming from nuts, natural peanut butter, fish oils, olive oil, and a small amount of saturated fats from red meats. I don't consume fats in any meal that has a significant insulin spike, and i cut out most carbs later in the evening.
