    electric muscle therapy machines

    does these work? read about a study on sheep ....electric stimulation of muscle while on roids they got bigger

    I bought one when I was around 12 lol. I would imagine they would be good for rehab (in serious atrophy cases) like said above, but will not harden or build any muscle thats for sure.

    ive had a chance to use one once, it was weird for sure, but you could do the same thing by flexing and tensing your muscle,

    so no it wouldnt work but might for rehab.
