the main effect fat burners give people is placebo effect. in general they all suck, diet+cardio
i wuldnt go as far as saying all fat burners suck

i like the people at the supp store i work at they come in and say "i want a diet pill that i can take and not have to workout or do any of that"....ive heard that line about 50x's

Agreed. My girl has had great success with small dosages of clen.
morning jogs before breakfast, and don't eat right away after you are done! take a shower first, you still are burning fat at that time. thats what took the fat off me.

All these detials make it alot easier for someone to suggest what componds if any are most suitable for said person....
Shes not a female bodybuilder by any means. She really doesnt have much fat in the first place. Shes right around her prosepective weight for her height. I would assume 120 @ 5'4, shes 21, maybe 18-20% b/f because girls have a higher % than males. She doesnt follow any strict diet regiem as we all do, but she doesnt eat bad foods. She does cardio 30min 4 times a week. She just has female problem areas like love handle area and small belly fat that she cant get rid of. I was wondering supplement wise i.e. Lipo 6, hydroxycut etc. What would be the best for a female?
