I was going to do a cycle of test E. I'm curious if I should stick to lifting mon, wed, fri? or should I lift more? mon=abs+legs, wed=chest, shoulders, tri's, fri=back, biceps, wrists?

alot of variables there on your wed id take out shoulders make that a new day with traps and go 2 on 1 off just my opinion there may be better ones here
I'm not sure I understand? so what would my schedule look like if I applied your suggestions?
mon chest tris tues leg abs wed rest thur back bis fri shoulders traps sat rest sun start over
you think steroids is the answer at this point?
good point
I want to be bigger! and I have been lifting for years(three on a regular basis). I definatly have gotten the diet and training part down pretty well. I also spent a ton of money on supplements that aren't worth it. I would like to atleast be 200pds and lean.I'm thirty years old and I think if I had started lifting 10 years ago I would be a lot bigger. I think I'm past my prime though and I want a little help!
I see you're hitting your wrists, but where is your ankle routine?
And, by the way, couldn't you come with an original name?
LOL, it was the first name I thought of?!?
ankles? do you mean calves? I do that on my leg day.
I would lift 5x per week if you're on. No reason not to if you're eating enough
homeslice, what would your recommendation be for trying how would you split your week up in days on and off and what body parts on what days just for a different opinion?
The main reason not to is overtraining. Just because your muscles recover quicker doesn't mean your CNS is recovered.Originally Posted by HomesliceYEA
