drop the milk if possible, if not reduce to 1 cup. 4 cups has a lot of sugar.

i would eat fish and chicken over steak for fat reasons.

lunch and dinner Replace oats and whole wheat toast for some fibrous veggies broccoli, green beans, etc.

if possible drop the last 2 snacks and eat a whole meals like your other ones.

make all protein shakes with water.
you can drink coffee or take caffeine, you ll be fine.

    good luck.

I think natural pretty much got it as far as lowering your dairy intake and choosing chicken/fish over steak. Post up with protein/carb/fat listed for each meal and the total for the end of the day. This will give people something quick to look at so they can give quick, helpful advice. Drink lots of water and keep at it. The weight will come off!
