    I can't stop eating! (EQ?)

    Hi,

    Im 23, 190lbs, 6'0". I am on my third cycle, and im running EQ for the first time. The cycle is as follows:

    600mg Test E / week
    600mg EQ / week

    I am on week 5, and I cannot stop eating. This is f'ing rediculous. I am NEVER full. It is getting out of hand. I am adding too much fat (i think). I try to check my diet with all protein, but its IMPOSSIBLE, if i see food i eat it. I even try eating uneatible objects sometimes. Well maybe the last part isnt entirely accurate. But you get the idea.

    My problem is I want to maintain a Low BF. I love being ripped. Summer is coming, I dont want a spare tire around my waist. Should I stop EQ? Cause I certainly cant stop eating. I was considering stopping EQ and saving up for some CLEN for after im done this cycle.

    I was considering doing this.

    Changing my cycle effective immediately, as follows (currently in week 5):

    1-12 weeks 600mg Test E
    1-6 weeks 600 mg EQ (yes I know I've wasted money, but i hate this shit)
    8-12 Clen (not sure how much)
    10-14 150mg winny EOD

    14-16 PCT.

    Goal: Be ripped for the beach in 2 months.

    Feedback?

    Ouch bro, I love eating...I would hate to be sick of it. If it bothers you that much then discontinue use. Although, the first thing you should do is try to increase your discipline and maintain a proper diet no matter what.

    EQ had that effect on me way back when I used it. The EQ itself didn't do much for me in terms of gains but the extra calories allowed me to take my strength and training to new levels.

    yeah that is a side effect of EQ i guess b/c its a vet steroid used on cows and horses and such to help them bulk up, but hey being hungry is always a good way to make sure u get enough protein carbs and calories for the day. I even thought about running maybe a low dose of it myself simply for that reason.

    Me also, I added b-12 too, was unreal. Definitly going to run that combo again, man I think that was my first cycle.

    I eat like 2-3 tunas a day. I doubt that is good for my health.

    Anyhow, I will discontinue the EQ immediately. Please critique my new cycle for cutting up.

    so, You guys are saying EQ makes you eat a lot but doesn't do much for gains?? I thought it was more of an effective helper in the stack than just making you ravenously hungry all the time..

    If your bulking it can ony be a good thing. Stick to clean calories. Makes me want to run EQ after looking at this thread!

    seriously though, I think you should have a regimental eating pattern that you can stick through in times of starvation as well as times when you are not feeling like eating... at times it is just habitual for me...

    whoop I got to go right now so I can finish off my cottage cheese with strawberries...yumm strawberries were sauted in splenda...

    That's why I only use EQ for bulking, the main benefit of that drug and the primary reason I use it. You gota be ready for that.

    List your daily diet and you'll probably find you have a problem eating crap not whole foods, change this and you'll stop gaining so much fat as wholefoods are much more dense in calories than junk.

    try hoodia supps 30mins b4 eating. Never tried myself but friends have and are quite pleased with the fullness you get from it. and its all natty. worth a try. good luck bro!

    I ate breakfast 3 times. Eggs and turkey bacon, BLT's and tuna salad.

    I had like 4 huge ground beef submarines i made myself for lunch, way over 1lb of beef.

    I then had dinner about 2 or 3 times.

    I trying to sleep now, but all i want to do is eat. I just ate a can of tuna and 2 protein bars and a protein shake, and im starting to feel a little satisfied.

    Im only 190lbs, im not the size of some you tanks.. this is unhuman.

    DAMN THE PERSON WHO INVESTED EQ.

    wowow dude NO. dont just stop. you dont commit to AAS and wean off cuz u cant handle the sides. you already sold your soul way back when u did ur first one. suck it up, dont complain. lower ur fat and carb intake slightly, or heavily ***ending on what u eat. add in some shakes if ur getting sick of the meals, thats what i do. BTW, why r u 190 at 6 foot with 3 cycles under your belt?

    Fix your diet and you won't add fat so easily, plus with a structured diet you'll most likely always be full.

    Preparing the diet better will help you a lot. You should have 8-10 chicken breasts in your fridge at all times. When you get lower than 4 or 5, cook a dozen more. You are probably eating crap, because it is easily available...At least that is what I do and it helps me

    I am 23 years old. I did a cycle at 21, 22 and now 23.

    As far as my weight goes, I'm not like most of you boys, i like being torn to shreds. I'm not all about the "hugeness". I like to have a bf of around 8%, so my veins are like abs piping and my muscles mine as well be on the exterior of my dermis.

    I love the gear!!!!

    I just am not looking forward to the toning after this cycle. Usually me vs overeating, I win. But EQ rocks me. EQ FTW.
