    I hope this isnt serious

So a few months ago i hurt or strained my lower back DLing.. i took some time off and hit the chiro. 2 weeks later it was cool, i just watch my self real good while DLing or squating... Well today.. doing flat db presses it was all good.. as im walking back with 90lb DBs in my hand i get the shooting pain in my lower back... Its not in the spine.. Its to the right of the spine a little higher than my glute... It acutally hurts to bend... i hope this is only a strain...im hitting the chiro tommrow.. could it be a disc?

another thing to help maybe pre diagnose me.... it hurts like hell to round or bend the back... but sitting straight up like arching seems to not hurt much if at all.... Im just praying this isnt a disc or something serious after all the horror stories ive read on them

yeah ive had this happen a lot to me........i just chalk it up to part of the game

injuries are inevitable i believe , but its how you deal with t hem and move past them that counts imo

i have pulled my lower back deadlifting a few times... i got to the point where i would have pain shoot down my legs once inawhile and just get really stiff

i hurt my knee squatting when my form slipped on the last few reps, ive been resting it up and its almost at 100%..when i get back im going to drop the weight considerably and work on as strict form as possible

its always nice to work on preventing these things vs reacting to them, but sometimes you cant help it

Thanks bro for the words, its very ***ressing because i actually started my first cyc, 2 weeks ago and starting to see noticable gains, matter of fact had just set a PR before it happened

But GEMANY CHRISTMAS, i gotta be the only guy to hurt his back WALKING with dumbbells in his hands... if i had done it doing squats or deads thats one things.. ugh.. chiro tommrow lets hope its just spasms... but im in pain right now

Ive been going to the chiro every other day he is helping it tremendously ... Ok he gave me some insight... i couldnt exactly pinpoint the pain but i knew it WASNT the lumbar... He said its the SE or the SA joint(cant remember)...he said it can be painful and stuborn... but hey atleast its not my lumbar... Im getting xrays tommrow.. just to be on the safe side... but a few days later it feels much better so thats encouraging... 3 days out of the gym on my first ever cycle i feel like im gonna go nuts!!!
