Tanning pills

Anyone use the tanning tablets. Are they any good and do they work.

I have read an article about it long ago and researched a bit about it, short-term answer was tanning pills dont work. You can try taking beta-carotene, but it is toxic in high doses and you will need high doses for this effect - it doesnt spread equally on all the skin, there was a statement about a woman ended with a stripe on her nose because of taking beta carotene. It can also cause vision problems, and can change the color of your pupils. So what DOES work, is melanotan II, injected intradermally, if you can take the sides, which include about one week of vomitting and nausea for most people till your body gets used to it.
