    Steroids and training routine

    I was wondering if anyone has tried the 5x5 routine while on AAS. This training program worked for me naturally, I had great strength and size gains in chest and arms abut I was wondering if the volume was too low if I am on AAS.

    jus cuz ur using aas doesnt mean you need high volume....do what works for you naturally just ona more intense level while on aas. if its not broke dont fix it you know?

    I use the routine sll the time
    bench5x5
    reverse grip pulldowns5x-5-10
    squats 5x5

    it works great especially if you need to buld strength or raw mass I usually do it until gains stop than go convintional proably evey other month there is not a whole lot of talk on doining abbreviated routines on steroids bout I think its great it would proably be real great on a short heavy cycle mariuz pudginoski trains this way sometimes and you know he's juicing I hear batista on wrestling uses full body routines to and he's a heavy juicier frank zane also did versions of this I think top body builders dont talk about it because it looks easy and the lie any ways

    ok im not gonna get in a huge argument over this but everything u just posted is all circumstancial.......unless you personally know one of these people regardless what you hear/read on the internet you do not KNOW what these people take or how they train.......not to mention just by eating/juicing/training like a pro will in NO WAY make you one or mean it works for you.........keep that in mind
