Dude, let me be the first to tell you haven't reached your full potential yet. I am 22 and just did my first cycle. I gained 20 and kept 15. I am now 205. It is unrealistic to think you are going to gain 45 pounds in just over a year. I think you could naturally gain 15 but realistically you are setting yourself up to be disappointed. Make no mistake though, with proper speed training and proper diet you could gain a perfect amount to meet your goals for football in college.

Well i set my goals high for a reason. This whole weekend ive watched the college elites being drafted into the pros.....For the position id like to play on average the height was beten 6 foot 2 and 6 foot 4....speed...4.5....4.45...4.6.... and weight 195-225.

Now these are college kids going into the pros! Im going into college....so theoretically i have 4 years to do this...I just set my goals high usually so i dont ever relax in the gym! Or go light on that diet.

you can do it. I graduated highschool at 185lbs and in 2 years my playing for college ball was 235. takes a lot of discipline, eating like the hulk and weights.. good luck.

I didn't mean to sound negative. I know you can gain alot naturally, it would be more beneficial to focus on core training, speed exercises, and general agility to help you play college ball. Thats all, I just hope you don't make the mistake of turning to gear too early.

Dont worry about it, i wasnt tryin to sound like i was jumpin on your ass either. I just set my goals high to keep me concentrated. But i understand what your saying im hoping to do well in advancing in speed, agility, quickness. I bought a towing sled, straps to your chest helps alot, and the parachute that looks fun actually...and a weighted vest, anything i can do to get ahead, cones and steps to get my feet quicker, anything its my dream to play at the higher levels.
