Mixing Gear

So heres what i did,
I got a steril vial and some whatman filters.

I have some Prop and Tren from a UGL and Grapeseed oil from the store.

I ran all three through the whatman filters and mixed them in the right proportions into the pre-sealed vial.

I now have a solution that is murky and with lots of tiny bubbles. I also seem to be seeing very very little floaters, they dont look to be solid. I have to shake the vial to make sure they get mixed up

Any ideas what im seeing here, is this a problem? Do i need to do anything?

sometimes different oils don't like to mix with each other.

should add maybe 1% BA to oil after filtering it to make sure any bacteria is killed off.
